Veterinary Appointments
We see our first appointments at 9:00am Monday through Saturday.

We prefer appointments, but walk-ins are welcome. We encourage you to call ahead as we may be in surgery or seeing previously-scheduled patients and your wait could be longer than you anticipate. We have arranged our hours to make it as convenient as possible for you to bring your pet in for routine and preventative check-ups. We try to schedule appointments so you have plenty of time for examinations and your questions. Sometimes emergencies can put us behind, so we hope you'll understand should an emergency interrupt or delay your appointment.

We are very aware that today, more than ever, people have busy schedules. For that reason, we invite you to drop off your pet in the morning after 7:30am for any of the services we provide and return to pick your pet before close at 6:00pm. A day hospitalization will be charged.

Veterinary Hospital
For the safety and well-being of our patients, we require that all pets are kept on a leash or physically restrained while in the waiting room. We recommend a cat carrier for our feline friends. All pets admitted to the hospital should be current on their vaccinations.

We give many tours throughout the year to school children from kindergarten age and up. Students who think they might want to become veterinarians often interview our doctors and are invited to do a "job shadow" where they observe doctors and staff from 7:30am until noon.

Payment
We make every effort and are proud to deliver the best veterinary care possible. In order to keep our prices reasonable and fair, we require payment in full upon discharge. We accept cash, personal checks, debit card, VISA, MasterCard, Care Credit, Traveler's checks and money orders.

We honor all "Free Exam" certificates from organizations such as the Humane Society, PAWS, King County, Homeward Pets, and many others.

We also offer a 10% senior citizen discount for those customers who are 65 years or older.
